Rejuran prices in Seoul move for four reasons: which formulation is loaded, how many syringes are used, whether the injection is manual or automated, and whether you are buying one session or a course.
Two clinics can both say “Rejuran” and mean two different things.
You are probably comparing screenshots right now — a chat quote from one clinic, a number a friend paid last spring, a figure from a forum thread that never said which syringe was used.
That gap is rarely dishonesty. It is usually four variables stacked on top of each other, and once you can name them the numbers stop looking random.
Here at Relieve Clinic in Apgujeong, Seoul, Dr. Park Tae-oh consults and injects in the same room — there are no sales managers between you and the doctor, and no package upselling.
That matters for pricing, because the person quoting you is the person holding the syringe.
Four variables behind most of the Rejuran price gap
When a Rejuran Korea price looks unusually low or unusually high, one of these four is almost always doing the work.
- Formulation: Classic Healer, HB+ or the eye formula are not interchangeable, and they are not costed the same.
- Number of syringes: a 1cc quote and a 2cc quote for “a full face” describe different coverage.
- Injection method: hand-injected across hundreds of points, or delivered through an automated injector.
- Single session versus a course: a per-session figure inside a three or four session package is not the walk-in figure.
Take them one at a time. The first is the one most quotes leave out.
Formulation: Healer, HB+ and the eye syringe
Classic Healer is polynucleotide on its own. It is the original presentation and it stings the most on injection. HB+ adds hyaluronic acid and lidocaine to the same polynucleotide base, which changes the feel of the session considerably — most people describe it as low to moderate discomfort rather than sharp.
Rejuran I, the eye formula, is dosed for the thin periorbital skin and comes as a 2cc syringe.
So “Rejuran, 2cc” is not one product. If a quote does not name the formulation, that is the first question to send back. Our Rejuran injection guide walks through what each one actually does in the skin.
There is a practical reason the formulation question matters beyond cost. Polynucleotide works without heat and has an anti-inflammatory character, which is why it is often chosen for skin that reacts badly to aggressive energy devices.
Choosing Healer over HB+ for a first-timer with a low pain threshold, or the reverse, is a clinical decision rather than a budget one — and a clinic that decides it for you by default is telling you something about how it works.
Syringes: what 2cc actually covers
Our full-face protocol is 2cc — one syringe, distributed across the face at the depth each zone calls for.
A clinic quoting a noticeably cheaper “full face” may be working from 1cc, which is a legitimate choice for a small face or a targeted area, but it is a different treatment and you should know which you are buying before you compare the two numbers.
Eye-area work is usually costed separately again, because the eye formula is its own syringe. Adding under-eye to a full face is therefore additive, not included.
💡 If you are also weighing Rejuran Healer cost and recovery in Korea for the same trip, that guide covers the downtime side this one does not.
Injection method: manual versus automated injector
Polynucleotide is placed as many small deposits, not one bolus. Doing that by hand across a full face takes real chair time and real operator attention.
An automated injector of the Rejumate type standardises depth and spacing and speeds the pass up.
Neither approach is automatically superior — what changes is chair time, consistency of depth, and how the clinic prices the session.
A quote built around twenty minutes of injector time and a quote built around forty minutes of hand injection will not land in the same place.
Package versus single session
A Rejuran course is typically three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart, with the effect generally holding six to twelve months afterwards.
Many advertised figures are the per-session price inside that course. Compared against someone else’s one-off walk-in price, the package figure will always look better, and the comparison is meaningless.
Timing matters for visitors on a fixed trip. Two to four weeks between sessions means a three-session course does not fit inside a one-week holiday.
Patients who fly in usually take one or two sessions here and continue at home, or plan a second visit. We also run remote follow-up after you fly home, so you are not left to judge the gaps between sessions alone, and a practitioner in your own city can be briefed on what was placed and where.
Advertised Rejuran prices rarely say which of the two a number is, so ask. That single question resolves a surprising share of the confusion.
The one verified Rejuran injection price we can publish
Rejuran prices here are not published as a single fixed public rate card, because the four variables above make one impossible to state honestly.
What we can point to is a confirmed individual case: KRW 350,000 for one Rejuran session. That is an individual verified patient payment, not a fixed rate card, and not a quote for your face. It is recorded alongside our other confirmed figures on the Relieve Clinic Seoul price list.
One more line item that catches international patients: since 1 January 2026 the VAT refund for foreign patients on cosmetic medical treatment has been abolished.
The quoted amount plus 10% VAT is what you actually pay, and there is no reclaim at the airport afterwards. Any guide still telling you to keep receipts for a refund is out of date.
With the variables behind Rejuran prices named and the one figure we can stand behind on the table, the remaining job is turning all of it into questions you can put to a clinic.

How to read the variables in a quote
The table below maps each variable to the question that resolves it. The only monetary figure shown is the Relieve-confirmed individual case described above, sourced to our own price-list article; no other amount here is a Relieve quote, and all entries were reviewed on 23 September 2026.
| Variable | What changes | Ask the clinic | Source |
| Formulation | Classic Healer, HB+ or eye formula | Which one is in my syringe? | Relieve clinical protocol, 23 Sep 2026 |
| Volume | 1cc or 2cc for a full face | How many cc, over which zones? | Relieve clinical protocol, 23 Sep 2026 |
| Method | Hand injection or automated injector | Who injects, and with what? | Relieve clinical protocol, 23 Sep 2026 |
| Course structure | Single session or 3 to 4 session course | Is this figure per session in a package? | Relieve clinical protocol, 23 Sep 2026 |
| Confirmed case | KRW 350,000 for one session | Individual verified patient payment, not a rate card | Relieve price list |
| Tax | Plus 10% VAT, no refund | Is VAT included in this figure? | Korean VAT rule effective 1 Jan 2026 |
What a Rejuran cost Korea quote should list before you agree
A quote you can act on names the product, the volume, the number of sessions, the method, and whether VAT is inside or outside the figure.
If any of those five are missing, you are not comparing prices — you are comparing guesses. The same logic applies to every line on a Korean clinic invoice, which is why we wrote a separate piece on how to read a Korean clinic quote.
One detail that never appears on a price sheet but changes the experience: numbing time. A high-volume clinic may give you ten minutes of topical anaesthetic before a full-face polynucleotide pass.
Our protocol allows 30 to 50 minutes, plus a vibration device during injection. The product in the syringe is the same; the comfort is not.
The manufacturer’s own product information is a useful neutral reference when you are checking what a clinic tells you against the label — the product licences held by the manufacturer, PharmaResearch, are searchable on the Korean MFDS portal.

Is Rejuran 1cc or 2cc better value?
They cover different areas rather than differing in quality. Our full-face protocol uses 2cc; 1cc suits a smaller face or a targeted zone, so compare coverage before comparing price.
What is the difference between Rejuran HB and Healer?
Classic Healer is polynucleotide alone and stings more. HB+ adds hyaluronic acid and lidocaine to the same base, which usually makes the session more comfortable.
Can I still claim a VAT refund as a foreign patient?
No. The refund for foreign patients on cosmetic medical treatment ended on 1 January 2026, so the quote plus 10% VAT is your final out-of-pocket cost.
